Recycling Returns Process

In order to return you used items for recycling, please enter the requested details below to view the returns address. In order for a free return to be processed, please follow the instructions below, else we cannot guarantee that you will be given a refund for postage cost you pay to return your used items to us.

How To Claim Your Free Return for Recycling (assuming you are eligible)

You will either be provided with a free returns slip or envelope or we will refund you the cheapest postage cost applicable for your country after having received your return. In order to make your return "free of charge",

PLEASE ENSURE YOU WRITE YOUR ORDER NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE

in which you send your returns. If this is not done, there is no way for us to identify who has returned the items and therefore no way to provide a refund to the right person.

Below are the refund amounts that we offer for the countries listed. We have calculated these based on the lowest-cost postage service available in your country. Please note, we can only process refunds in £ (GBP) so we will refund based on the exchange rate at the time.
