Now that the cooler and shorter days of Winter are here, coupled with the tumultuous world we're currently living in we wanted to send you a little reminder that it's okay to not feel okay. We're living through some truly wild times and a lot of us are separated from our loved ones during the festive period which can feel overwhelming. It’s more imperative than ever to set some time aside for you, and your health! Self-care is a great way to de-stress and feel more relaxed, so here are 5 ways to take care of yourself:
Spend Time In Nature:
If you’re able to, try to get outside and in the fresh air. Even just 30 minutes of being in greenery can make you feel better! Whilst the days are much shorter it's so important to get outside and soak up some Vitamin D. This is super vital for your mental and physical health.
Have A Pampering Night To Yourself:
