Return for Refunds/Store Credit

Please ensure you follow the correct returns process else your item may get lost within our recycling processes and so we won’t be able to process any kind of refund or store credit.

 

Eligibility

You must return the item within 14 days from the date you received them. To be returned, your item must be in its original unused condition, undamaged and in a fully resalable condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused in the post.

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened due to hygiene reasons. Please contact us at contact@livecoco.com before returning any item.

All returned products are checked upon receipt in our warehouse. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on an item that has been used, marked, damaged, altered or not in a fully resalable condition.

Refunds or Store Credit 

Prior to the return of items, customers are requested to inform us of the intended return at contact@livecoco.com.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, we can issue you store credit of the amount owed with an additional 20% or we can apply the credit to your original method of payment. All refunds are less our shipping costs.

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Returns with missing parts, damaged parts or any item not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error.
  • Returns made more than 14 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds 

Please allow a reasonable amount of time for your account to be credited with the refund. Banks often take a few banking days to process and credit accounts. It is the same with credit card companies to officially post refund transactions.

If, after checking with your bank or credit card company you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@livecoco.com.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item sent is incorrect or faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
